AMCO 4963 improves the electrical flow of current by eliminating voids between the lugs and the cast-on-strap, thus increasing the efficiency of the battery. Additionally, Amco 4963 maximizes the bond strength between the strap and grid tab. It has been tested on all COS machines with excellent results. Due to its water base, it is an excellent substitute for alcohol based products where fire safety is a concern.

AMCO 4590 was formulated to increase bond integrity while eliminating the fire hazard potential. It is ideally recommended for the Dynacast, MAC and first generation TBS machines.

AMCO 4880 is a water based formulation proven for over four decades on all types of COS systems. It minimizes porosity without sacrificing bond integrity and is considered a charter formulation for the COS process.

AMCO 4885 is a water based formula; a derivative of Amco 4590 and 4800. This flux maximizes the pot life of 4590 while maintaining the high activity levels of 4800. Additionally, this flux has proven very adaptable and has global acceptance for use on TBS machines.

AMCO 4678 is an oil based, non-hazardous general purpose flux use on most COS machines. It contains 100% active ingredients which eliminates splattering of molten lead.

AMCO 4955 is a halogen-free formulation designed for recombinant battery. There are no site for corrosion and is non-staining on the separators. Synergistically improves the battery life.
